With over thirty years of accumulated knowledge in fitness and sport, We Mean Fitness professionals have been there and done that, from athletics to teaching. At We Mean Fitness, you can train with trainers, who “train the trainers” (say that 10 times fast). Through our delivery of canfitpro PTS certification courses, many trainers in Ottawa and abroad have been trained by us.
Once goals are mutually agreed upon, we work with you to get the job done. We don’t think it’s necessary to have someone sign up for a “years” worth of training in advance, as do many large fitness clubs.
We’ll work with you to make your schedule, ours, whenever possible. We can train you at our studio or at your own home or business (using our equipment) – whatever makes the most sense for you!
Our sophisticated program design, along with motivational guidance and support, yields long term results. Lets face it, if staying fit is a constant uphill battle, what’s the sense? Learn proper health maintenance skills and stay healthy for the long term. We Mean Fitness will work with you to get the results you want and then help you understand how to maintain it for the rest of your life.
