We Mean fitness

“Dear Mike,

I am writing to thank you for the outstanding training assistance you gave me in recent weeks. When I came to see you, I was suffering a left leg injury that had lasted 10 years with no relief. I had been to see several physiotherapists, sports medicine doctors, and chiropractors in this period. However, none of the routines they prescribed worked.

Finally, your assistance has brought results. The balance of resistance training, cardio, and stretching that you prescribed for me has had an effect I would describe as nothing short of miraculous, considering that I was resigned to the possibility of having this pain for a lifetime. It seems the injury is mostly scar or weak tissue related, and you have figured out a work-out regime for me that addresses this injury precisely. It is tailored specifically for my injury. In particular, your approach to training – thorough, patient, and informative – really helped in ensuring that we identified the problem precisely and made the most of the time. In addition, I very much appreciate the advise you have given me on matters related to training, such as hydration intake, rest, diet, and having an overall balanced lifestyle. I have also very much benefited from your efforts to do follow-up. Your e-mails and telephone calls to check on my progress and offer additional advice are greatly appreciated. Above all, your program has given me a real senses of “new lease on life” since I now feel empowered and capable of effecting a successful rehabilitation, which I have not experienced before in the 10 years that this injury has lasted. As a result, I am very committed to the program you set out for me, and anticipate having future sessions with you to refine my program.

I would absolutely recommend your services to any other athletes or individuals seeking a program tailored to their particular requirement. Feel free to use this letter, or quote from it, in any promotional or media related material as you require. Thanks again, Mike.

Best regards,”
