“As the coach of a U16 girls 2013 ringette team, I was looking for a dryland program that would improve the overall fitness levels of my athletes for the season and Mike Kelly of We Mean Fitness provided this and more.  At this age level, I was hoping to instill in my athletes that regular exercise will not only make them better athletes but improve their daily lives.  Mike incorporated exercises the girls could do at home regularly into our sessions along with healthy lifestyle tips.  As a coach I can see the improvement in my athletes core strength and flexibility which has resulted in success on the scoreboard.  I would not hesitate to leave the dryland training of any team I coach to Mike at We Mean Fitness.”
