I contacted Mike to improve my fitness level to become a better athlete in the ring (kickboxing, MMA, Grappling) and a better martial artist. Within 6 weeks only, I have seen my general physical performance skyrocket!!!

In my sparring sessions, this has translated in me being quicker, stronger and more agile. My footwork and timing has improved. I am able to keep my focus for a longer period of time and most importantly I have been able to keep the same high intensity of training throughout the length of the sparring sessions.

Mike’s approach to conditioning makes what usually would be a dreading hour, a very informative and fun one. I was looking forward to our sessions every time. The workouts are sport specific, always different and they don’t require expensive machines, only your bodyweight and some ingenuity. Workouts that can easily be done at home with a basic fitness set.

During the sessions, we talked about the dos and don’ts of every exercise. We talked about nutrition and weight cutting. He emphasized on the importance of not only attaining goals but also maintaining them. He keeps you interested and motivated to reach those goals.
