We Mean fitness

“After months of training for the PREP (Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police), I realized I could no longer do it on my own. Although I was in decent shape, I needed to up my fitness level. Until that point I had been guessing at what exercises I should be doing to successfully pass the PREP. After the very first session with Mike I learned a lot. Working out was no longer a guessing game!

Mike explained to me that, as a female, passing the PREP would be a lot more challenging and that in order to do so I would need to become a “fit chick.”Mike pushed me, encouraged me, and showed me some fun stuff along the way (things such as skipping, and being able to kneel on an exercise ball!).  Mike was just as dedicated to passing the PREP as I was. It’s because of him, I am proud to say, that I am one fit chick, and that I am able to pass the PREP.”
