“As a Basketball player, playing at an elite university level, I need to make sure I can come to practice and compete everyday. I am currently playing basketball with the University of York Lions. I contacted Mike in hopes to become a better more improved basketball player. Before our sessions had began I was already an athletic individual, but to ensure my success at the University level, I had improve even more. Throughout my sessions with Mike, he showed me that there is always room for improvement. I went to him looking to improve my vertical leap, my flexibility and my overall strength. I came out, with improvements not only in my vertical leap, flexibility and my strength but also my VO2Max, which is a big part of practice everyday. This level of men’s basketball demands that you are in shape and capable of competing everyday. Mike has helped me reach my goals and has also given me the knowledge I need to further improve myself, for example, nutrition, workout secrets., and basically how the the body works. Whether you are in poor shape looking to make a lifestyle change or an elite athlete looking to make improvements, Mike can show you that it can be done. He will help you attain your goals but more importantly how to maintain them. Thank you Mike for everything you have done, I wouldn’t be competing at this level if it wasn’t for you.”
