Our name, "We Mean Fitness" is meant to have a spin on the age old saying, "We Mean Business" and when it comes to fitness, we really do mean business. "Challenge the Body or it will Challenge You!", is our mantra for all our clients. We understand staying fit and healthy is not easy, but if we become sedentary and over weight, our once functional body will start to become a burden to use. You may not notice this at first, but slowly, over time, every day tasks will become a chore and of course, also increase the chance of injury occurring - so go and Challenge the Body or it will Challenge You!
We offer a variety of services catering to different interests in fitness and we make these services available either at our Studio Gym or location of the client's choice. We are fully insured and security cleared. The Studio gym in Orleans is equipped with an Automated Electronic Defibrillator
Our core values at We Mean Fitness are very straightforward:
1. Treat clients as we would want to be treated (employing traits such as Sincerity; Honesty and Professionalism).
2. How well we do with our clients is not only based on the short term, but the long term sustainability aspect as well.
3. As those in the know fully understand, getting and maintaining one's good health, is no easy task. We have found that getting passionate about positive changes in one's own health, acts as a great motivator to stay the course. At We Mean Fitness, we are passionate about good health and want others to experience that same feeling.
Mike Kelly: Teacher/Trainer/Presenter, has been involved in both fitness and
athletics for almost 30 years. Working in many facets of fitness, Mike is a canfitpro
authorized PRO TRAINER ("Instructor and Certifier of Personal Trainers") and as such,

Michelle Vodraska: Michelle is a canfitpro certified Personal Trainer and an Assistant PRO TRAINER,
available for issuance of canfitpro's Practical Examinations.
Michelle has worked in the health and fitness industry for the past 22 years. Michelle currently works as the national wellness coordinator for the federal government and owns her own nutrition and fitness coaching business, Inspired Bodies (www.inspiredbodies.com). Michelle is also a sports nutritionist, culinary nutrition expert and transformational nutrition coach and has worked closely with several local sports teams and colleges.
